Our facility is located at 345 TownCentre Terrace, Brentwood, CA 94513.

Is there a down payment or deposit required to make a reservation?

There is no down payment or deposit required. Setting up a reservation is free of charge. At the time of move-in, we do charge a one-time administration fee.

How does the special work?

We prorate your first month’s rent using the standard unit rate from the day you move in. Our specials start the second month and run for the applicable duration. After the special ends, the unit will go back to the Standard Rate. On our Unit Prices page, if you see a slash on the unit rate, this is the Standard Rate. The Web Rate is displaying the Special Rate that will start month 2 and run for the duration mentioned in the special description.

What are the office hours?

The office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. We’re open on Saturdays from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm and we’re closed on all major holidays.

When can I access my storage unit?

Access your storage unit 7 days a week from 5:00 am to 10:00 pm.

How do I determine what unit size to rent?

You can always rely on our storage team, but our self-storage calculator is a great tool. All you need is a list of what you plan to store.

Can I have peace of mind when storing here?

Of course! We offer an electronic access gate, surveillance cameras, and our office manager keeps track of who comes into the facility throughout the day.

Am I able to purchase boxes and packing supplies?

If you’re in need of boxes and supplies, we have everything you need:
